01

Negotiation

Negotiations are done based on the needs and desires of each individual client.  The results of negotiations are always better when proper forecasting and projections are done.  In addition, knowing the profit margins for Hotels leads to more creative ways to reduce bottom-line costs to the client.

03

Network

My network is comprised, primarily, of those in the hospitality industry.  This means that I am privy to new trends, both in the event planning arena as well as contract verbiage.  Having this network is incredibly valuable, both to myself and my clients.

02

Risk Mitigation

A major, and incredibly important, part of the process is ensuring that risk is mitigated as much as possible.  Risk lies in clauses such as attrition, cancellation, force majeure/impossibility, and co-dependency of facilities (for larger city-wide conferences).  It's critical to make these clauses fair and equitable between the parties.

04

Size Doesn't Matter

I have, and will continue, to source events with as few as 10 people and as many as 20,000.  I am thrilled to represent you with contracts of any size.
